2. What we collect

  • Contact form data: first name, last name, email, company (optional), and the message you send us.
  • Technical data: minimal information needed to serve the website (e.g. IP address in server logs). We do not use analytics or advertising cookies.

3. Why we use it (lawful basis)

  • To respond to your enquiry and arrange an introductory call — lawful basis: legitimate interests and, where applicable, steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract.
  • To keep the site secure and operational — lawful basis: legitimate interests.

4. Cookies

We only use strictly necessary cookies and local storage required for the site to function (for example, to remember your cookie choice). No analytics, tracking, or advertising cookies are set without your explicit consent. You can change your choice at any time via the "Cookie settings" link in the footer.

5. Sharing and processors

Contact submissions are stored in our secure backend database (hosted in the EU). We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

6. How long we keep it

We retain contact enquiries for up to 24 months so we can respond and maintain a record of our correspondence, after which they are deleted or anonymised.

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to the processing of your personal data, and to data portability.
